Stage Couture 2011 Size Chart

MEASURING
BUST: With both arms down, measure the widest part of the dancer’s bust.
WAIST: Measure the smallest part of her waist.
HIPS: Standing in first position parallel, measure the widest part of the dancer’s hips.
GIRTH: Standing with her feet shoulder width apart, hold the end of the tape measure at the dancer’s shoulder and create a straight line down past her stomach and between her legs, following up her back straight back to the shoulder to meet the edge of the tape measure. Be sure not to pull tight.
CHOOSING SIZES
Use girth measurement for unitard sizing; hip measurements should determine pant, short, and skirt sizing; bust measurements should determine top sizing. If measurements fall between sizes, we recommend ordering the larger size. Use caution when deciding between adult and child sizes, as the body shape is very different.
